This workshop introduces strategies and methods to support interactive and inclusive class participation for all students, with inquiry-based learning pedagogy, JMU-supported polling tools, and accessible presentations inside and outside classrooms.
Beyond this workshop, you can also request follow-up consultation, co-design, or co-development services to prepare your courses for the Summer 2025 session.
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Create effective and contextually relevant questions to stimulate critical thinking and class discussion
- Identify the educational benefits of incorporating polling tools and inquiry-based learning strategies
- Recognize accessible functions of digital presentations
- Initiate an exploration about AI (Artificial Intelligence) and accessible presentations
