Intro to 3D Modeling and 3D Printing
Description
In this workshop we will go over the basics on 3D modeling, how to design something specifically for 3D printing in a web-based program called TinkerCAD, and how to prepare a 3D model for printing.
Objectives
Participants will:
- Learn the fundamentals of 3D printing Learn the basics of 3D design in TinkerCad (a web based 3D modeling software) Import and export files in Cura (a slicing software)
