Get an introduction to Audacity, a free and open-source tool for recording and editing audio for podcasts, interviews, oral histories, music, and more. Available for Windows, MacOS, and Linux computers, Audacity has a large user base with a lot of tutorials and documentation available.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to:
- Record audio from a microphone
- Import audio from a file
- Adjust volume levels
- Edit for clarity/style/time
- Export audio to a file
