Staff and faculty who advise students are invited to an Advising Resources and Collaboration (ARC) Network working session.

In this online collaborative session, instructional designers and advising colleagues will assist advisors with creating and/or implementing their own Canvas site. Advisors will have the opportunity to join breakout rooms and work on their site based on specific needs and level of comfort. Each advisor will leave with a better understanding of how to use Canvas with their own populations and how to leverage the technical features of Canvas (with assistance). Finally, part of our time together as advisors will be to connect with each other to learn how Canvas can be used in various ways for advising at JMU.
