Description

Are you tired of being weighed down by stress? Are you tired of a noisy, restless mind? Studies have found strong connections between mindfulness meditation and decreases in anxiety and depression. Studies have also shown correlations with improved working memory, attention, metacognition, and resilience. As this difficult semester comes to a close, be kind to yourself by learning techniques that bring about a calm, focused, and compassionate mind.
