Description

From drawings discovered on cave walls to blockbuster movies, humans have been natural storytellers for centuries, and this series is designed to help you develop your storytelling abilities through digital mediums. This series will focus on multimedia narratives and exploring idea development, script writing, filming productions practices, and much much more. Join us this summer for some fun hands-on instruction with equipment and software applications, and walk away with your own personally produced digital story and a better understanding of how you or your students can produce your own digital stories.

This series will span two weeks, with six two hours sessions, and all learners are expected to participate in all sessions.

  • Understand the concept of digital storytelling
  • Gain experience with video and audio software and hardware
