Canvas Studio Basics
Event box
Learn about teaching with Canvas Studio at JMU. Canvas Studio is a video recording and sharing tool built within Canvas. It can help instructors and learners record, edit, and share their videos in one secure location. You can also use it to design creative, engaging video-based assignments for your students.
After completing this workshop, you will be able to:
- Use essential Canvas Studio functionalities for teaching
- Apply strategies for optimal use of Canvas Studio
- Connect your teaching needs with the Canvas Studio-related offerings from JMU Libraries
While this workshop is open to any JMU faculty or staff member, it will be especially helpful for new faculty/staff or those who are transitioning to fully online instruction.
