Teaching and Learning with Technology Conference Proposal Submission Deadline

You are cordially invited to submit a proposal for the 2017 Teaching and Learning with Technology conference. Come and share your practices, experiences and perspectives about using technologies in teaching, research, and administrative services in higher education and K-12 settings. Proposals may be submitted for an interactive session or a poster session. The interactive presentation session is the presentation option with a twist – you are encouraged to build engagement and active learning (with technology or not) into your 30 or 60 minute session.
2017 Teaching and Learning with Technology Conference
Date: Monday, October 23, 2017
Venue: James Madison University, Festival Conference and Student Center
Purpose: The Teaching and Learning with Technology Conference at James Madison University is an opportunity to bring together educators using technology to share best practices and to make using technology a positive educational experience.
Poster Sessions:
- promote effective and innovative teaching and learning practices
- emphasize collaborative approaches
- promote exploration of innovation solutions for the classroom
Interactive Presentation Sessions:
- actively engage the audience
- provide hands on experience with various learning technologies
Proposal Submission:
Please submit your proposal online by August 25, 2017. Presenters will be notified of their interactive session or poster session status by September 15, 2017.
