Learn to Knit and “Purrl” for Cat’s Cradle!
Event box
Description
All knitting is based on two stitches – the knit stitch (K) and the purl stitch (P). This learn-to-knit workshop is perfect for those who have never knit or those who know the basic knit stitch and would like to learn to purl. Each participant will create an 8-inch knitted square. At the end of the workshop, the squares will be sewn together to form “cat mats” for donation to Cat’s Cradle, a local non-profit organization.
This workshop is free and all materials will be provided.
