Create Open Course Materials with Pressbooks
Event box
Looking for a way to publish a textbook or other course content? Join this virtual workshop to learn about Pressbooks, which is ideal for publishing openly licensed teaching, learning, and scholarship materials as an e-book. Pressbooks also allows instructors to tailor course materials to specific learning outcomes while meeting digital accessibility requirements. Learn more about what "openly licensed" means on our Open Education page.
By the end of this workshop, you'll:
- Understand when and why Pressbooks is the appropriate platform for a publishing project
- Know where to find helpful support resources
- Be familiar with the platform's features
