Description

One of the fastest growing technology trends is the arrival of digital assistants in the form of smart speakers. You yourself may already have one of these devices in your home but have you ever thought about using one to support your instruction? This sandbox is meant for participants interested in finding out more about smart speakers and how they might be used either inside or outside the classroom. We'll explore a few of the more prevalent digital assistants including Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple Siri, and Microsoft Cortana in terms of how one might use them in higher education.
